Upload a plug in called SATLOADER , from the BH Plug-in feed, and update your satellite.xml file!

Press Blue> MultiSat> OK
It may fix the problem!

GoodLuck

Thank you for your help...
I tried what you said but it doesn't work
As I said I get only a part of TV channels !!!!

How do you got the TNS channels? I live too in Tahiti and I owned a VU+ Uno with Black Hole V2.0.2 rev D as a firmware.
I got all channels from TNT and I can view them. For TNS channels, I can see them on my channel list but I can't view them (no picture and sound).
Thank you for your help.

What did you do in order to get TNS channel? Mine is only a black screen, no image and sound at all. I am using a CAM PCMCIA Viaccess Neotion Dual Descrambling MCVx 6010 with an official TNS card.
Can you tell me more about your configuration?

If your CAM is detected by Vu+, you should ask your provider.

My CAM PCMCIA is a Viaccess Neotion, and I am using Black Hole V2.0.2 firmware.
Configuration to scan the channels is the following:
11075V - SR 45000 - DVB S2 - 8PSK - Fec 2/3
If you cannot get the channels with this scan it seems that you may be have a problem with the tuner of your Vu+ model ..........

Have a nice day ...

I don't know if my problem comes from the tuner of vu+ uno. I don't have any problems for the scan of 11155V - SR28588 - Fec 3/4. I can watch all the channels regarding that frequency. As far as the 11075V - SR45000, my tuner did scan all the channels but no picture at all. I don't have error messages regarding the CAM.
I think the problem may come from my PCMCIA CAM which is not really compatible with TNS. May be I should buy another CAM, but which one???

thanks for you help.

Sorry, I don't know much about the Smargo reader plus. Do you know if this is going to resolve our issue regarding TNS?

Remember that some CI CAMs (or PCMCIA) can have limits on SR that cannot allocate. a SR of 45.000 is very high.
In Europe I haven't find any DVB service with these kind of values to make a direct test.
I suggest to verify if your CI CAM (this is the correct tecnical term, FYI) supprots thaese high values and, if avaiable, make a firmware upgrade of your CI CAM.
Into Common Interface configuration panel you can setup your CI CAM to allow high bitrate DVB services (if they are supproted by CAM).
