If provider no send this and you no see epg for this time try crossepg.
This option is in image BH you only mast decided for whot provider you can have epg ; polish ; germany; spanish and next download to box.
After this you will be see epg for 5-7 days .

Im download in crossepg in XEPDGB polish and Italy provider after this im see epg for 7 days.
Im no try with french provider; i think you mast seleckt in this XEPDGB french provider.
