2.1.7 fonts not large enough

hi,and sorry if this is posted before.my question is - is it possible to enlarge ecm info on screen.it is too small at the moment with this skin 2.1.7.1.if i change to another skin 1280X720 then picons are not displayed properly.in essence i think font size needs to be larger.how can i do this thanks all
