2 tuners tdt, one internal and one usb

Hello, Is it possible to have 2 TDT tuners at the same time?
Right now I have:
Tuners A-P : Vuplus DVB-S NIM(45308X FBC) (DVB-S2X)
Tuner Q: Vuplus DVB-T NIM(SSH108) (DVB-T2)

I tried to install a USB Afatech af9015 but it does not recognize it

I tried this, but it remains the same without recognizing it:
opkg install firmware-dvb-usb-af9015
opkg install media-tree-module-dvb-usb-af9015
reboot

Maybe if you also tell us what VU+ do you have and, above all, what image are you using...
I have 3 DTT (not TDT) tuners: two are given by the internal twin tuner (that, with only one input, provides 2 independent tuners). The third is a VU+Turbo USB tuner.
Your USB is not recognized probably because you did not install the appropriate driver or, if you use BH, it is not included.

I just tried it on a SoloSEV2 (BH 3.0.6 too) and it works, checked right now
I checked the usb ports in Ultimo4K and they also work, detect pendrives
Any ideas of what may be failing?

Because SoloSE and Ultimo4K have completely different architecture: so you can't take for granted that the same image has got the drivers for both environments.

BH 3.0.6
Build:2018-10-20 master
DVB drivers: 20180702.r0
Kernel version: 4.1.20

It works, tested right now, I have no more Vu + to try
Where can I download the correct drivers?

Results of the putty commands:
