28.2 channel list gone wrong

Hello all

For some reason my box restarted earlier and i lost all my channels.
I managed to re scan although my channels are no longer in order (i.e 101 Channel 102 channel 2) previously if i pressed favourites i had movies, entertainment, sport etc but now all i have is alphabetical listings with no channel number.
I do have auto bouquets installed but doesnt seem to be working has anyone any idea?
