28.2 Picon Pack for BH 2.1.0.1?

Hi All

I am currently running BH 2.1.0.1 on my VU+ Duo and am struggling to find a working, complete, picon pack without most of the channels missing. Most are HD picons these days which i believe 2.1.0.1 does not support.

Can anyone tell me what size the picons should be for 2.1.0.1 or if there is any way to use the higher res picons and have BH downscale them? I would ideally like the picons to display correctly in the info bar and on Cool TV Guide.
