3.04a remote control issue

high,
my Receiver is changing Chanels while pressing volume + or volume- .
this happpens by pressing volup or down longer then 3 secs.
pressing once has no issues.
is there a possibility to solve this ?

This is not an image problem
probably your remote.
In any case, this does not happen to me
 
thanks for the info,
maybe it is the combination of hdmicec Samsung tv and Samsung soundbar that is not working properly
on 3.03 or first 3.04 this was not a Problem.
i have to check out this HDMI cec on Samsung.

I do not know how it is in your box
I am currently using Ultimo 4K
There in the Remote Control Code Setting panel
there is an option
Remote Control Type >> Legacy VU + Remote and New VU + Remote Bluethoot.

If you have these options turned on Legaci if it's on Bluethoot
(legacy >> OK >> Restore)
maybe it has some effect

everything is like you said. it is on legacy.
But still does not work properly.
I think it is a Problem with complete System. uno4k , samsung tv and Samsung soundbar.
I have to check out complete reset.
if this does not help ist maybe the IR of the box. i tried 3 different remote controls.

High,
RESET of the complete System was doing the trick.
I think the tv has some problems with the hdmi-cec settings. It´s changing something after switching to YouTube (bluetooth con.) and going back to sat-rec..
But RESET does what it is supposed to do.
