3.05L skin problem

Hi

upgraded to latest black hole image but all old skins are gone and can't install new skins.
it either install the skin but after says not compatible or when trying to install manually says error like

ns/WeatherPlugin/icons/chance_of_tstorm.gif
But that file is already provided by package * skin-pal-5-fullhd
