Hello,

Is there a way to my Vu+ zero read a 4K movie file (mp4)?

I use a NAS to store my multimedia files and a can access to it without problems, except....mp4 files.

PS: I'm using BH302h image, default Media player.

Thank you

No.
You only can do one thing: convert them to H264 files.

Video files are not like word, excel or pdf files where the extension tells you everything about the file itself. Speaking of "mp4" oar "avi" or the lot does not mean anything. For the video files what matters is the encoding and here we can have many many codecs.
Try to re-encode your files by Handbrake choosing, for example, h264 and see what happens.

Hi

I would suggest you to you an .mkv File
if you Convert the File with Handbrake cause
Files Converted to .mkv with Handbrake Works always with E2 Boxes

Edit:
But i don´t know if Handbrake could Downsize during the convert the resolution
from 3840x2160 for example to 1920x1080
