A/V Einstellung Probleme

Hallo, habe ausversehen mit den Einstellung von HDMI gespielt. Nun habe ich gar kein Bild mehr. Bin verzweifelt. Gibt es irgendwie auf der Fernbedienung oder eine Tastenkombination womit ich das zurücksetzen kann.
 
Bei der Box handelt es sich um eine Skybox mini Solo. Irgendjemand eine Idee wie ich das Bild wieder bekomme ???
