Accedently deleted a satelite i BH - how to recover?

In the menu where I can chose favourites, satelites etc, under the Satelites menu (green button), I accedently deleted the 4.8E satelite! How do I get it back to this menu so I can choose channels from it to watch?

I would always recommend to use one of BH backup tools:-

1- Menu>Setup>Software>System-Backup.
2-Menu>Backup>Personal.

Thus,if any thing went wrong or deleted by mistake , it could recovered.
