Accessing 3 channels with two tunners..

Can you explain how can I watch 1 channel in my room, watch another channel in my PC
(by streaming) and record another channel in the Vu - HD ? My box haves only 2 tunners.

You can see 3 channels only if two of them are in the same TP or MUX.
