Adding IPTV channels to BH 3.0.1 on VUultimo

I just updated my BH to 3.0.1
I have IPTV list which I would like to have in my VU ultimo.
So far I have zero experience with IPTV on BH.

My questions:
1. How do I add this list so that I can watch those IPTV channels?
2. Will I be able to record those IPTV chanells at the same time I'm recording sat channels?
