Another Picon Question?

I used to use the hdd/media/cf folder to upload my Picons with no detrimental effect during access when changing channels, however since the update to the latest images, there is no default cf folder, and when created, the Picons wont work unless put directly in the media/hdd folder.

This in turn causes delays in access, when the hdd is in standby?

I don't won't to have a usb stick to mount the Picons, is there any other way?

You have three ways for handling picons:

  1. /usr/share/enigma2/picon
  2. /media/usb/picon
  3. /media/hdd/picon
I think this is more than enough. As you can see the folder "picon" is not on the root of each device.
