Anybody on here that does VU repairs

My mate bought his vu duo new a few years ago from Turbosat in North Wales and apparently they are no longer in business. Anyway his stb is having problems. He can watch a channel, say channel 1 then if he turns over channel to channel 3 then back to channel 1 it wont open. When it finally opens its pixelating. This is happening on many channels. He has installed the latest BH image and also did a factory reset, the router has also been rebooted. We don't know what else to try. Thanks for any help

Also the router has no influence on FTA, Free To Air, channels.

I wasn't talking about anything else except FTA and he doesn't run kodi on it. I was wondering if anybody had tuner issues as I cant see what else it could be
