ASUS my cinema 3100 doesn't work after restart of GUI

Probably drivers won't load (J noticed drop in ram usage after GUI restart approximately 10mb )

Tuner use a Hauppauge Nova-T Stick. driver

PS this issue doesn't occur in just my STB also other people using this tuner had those problems
