Hi... I'm from Brazil and I have this same issue here... After trying support.. no success... I moved to ATV 6.2 and Open Black Hole... but attention: Those 2 enigma versions have no FCC (Fast Channel Change) support...
unfortunately, I haven't found a way to play with Black Hole due this issue.
