Audio amplify on Vu+ Duo2

bimbat

Vu+ Newbie
Hello,

I was wondering is there a way (e.g. plugin or setting), which I could use to amplify the audio signal (using software) from the STB. Currently I am using an external amplifier, which I have to set to very high levels in order to hear normal levels and you know that the amplfier also takes the noise and amplifies that as well, so higher levels are not good.

The STB is Vu+ Duo2 running BH 2.1.7.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks,
Todor

Hi,

I am sure that the level is sufficient. What I meant is that I need to set my amplifier to a much higher value than normal in order to get normal sound out.

Example: Before with my old STB, the amplifier was on level 30 and if the STB is on max, the sound is ok.
Now with VU+ Duo 2, the amplifier has to be on 50 in order to get the same sound out.

BR,
Todor
