Audio missing on a number of HD channels

I'm struggling to understand why some channels (like BBC1 HD) don't have audio, but others (like ITV Grampian HD) do. I'm suspecting a misconfiguration on my solo2 box, but I'm not sure where to looks.

Pointers would be gratefully received.

Try to use the Audio button on the remote and check if other audio tracks are available and then if you can hear one of them.

Ahha. Got it, thanks. It was set on the Dolby digital audio channel and Dolby digital/dts mix down was disabled.
