Audio Nar. How to turn it off

Whenever I change channel the new channel always opens with audio on NAR and I have to turn it off. Is there a way I can disable NAR permanetly. Im using BH 2.0.4. Thanks
 
Think you talking about UK Channels on 28.E,just turn it of(choose AC3 English audio,or whatever stays different) on all channels than RESTART Enigma 2 and on all channels NAR should be of.
