AV and VU+ Zero

hi , I have a Vu Zero and i wanted to use the AV output instead of the HDMI, but i can only get a shaky image and cannot even read what is displayed. I´m using the normal AV cable that was shipped with the box.
when i connect to hdmi cable all works fine , but never see a option to conect to av, instead.

Is this a image problem? I'm using Blackhole latest version(3.0.2). Or is this a issue with vu zero receiver?

I've tested the AV cable recently and works regularly. Try to setup correctly the output of the box before connect AV cable.
