background naration

i have tried everything to switch off background naration on some channels but i can not find where to turn it off i have tried everything does anyone else have the sam problem or know how to turn it off...
 
Please post the satellites, and channels, that you're experiencing this problem with.
Altering, and saving, the Audio preferences should stop NAR.
 
the solution on mine was on the remote select the audio button on the bottom there wil be a choice NAR or english mpeg4 select english..
