Backup of plugins

Is it possible to make backup of channel lists, settings and plugins in the same backup in Softwaremanager? I usually make backup of settings and lists, but when reflashing I must install all the plugins all over....

Are you used personal backup in image i think this option help you in your problem

Yes... Are there folders that I should not backup for flashing new image update? What folder do I backup to take care of plugins? USR?
