Backup Original VU+ Solo2 F/W

Hi all.

I have made a conscious effort to search the entire forum and this particular group but cannot find an answer.

I received my first ever sat receiver (Solo2) yesterday and wish to apply the latest BH fiirmware to it tonight. Is there a way to backup the original firmware just in case at some point I have to return the box under warranty or just want to return to stock?

I have just come across code.vuplus.com in the last few minutes and realised that there is no need to backup as the repository contains all images.
