backup registrazioni programmate...è possibile?

Vorri crearmi prima di ogni cambio immagine flash il back up di utte le registrazioni periodiche (settimanali giornaliere etc..) e anche delle singole.
Si può in maniera semplice? Come?

Dovresti farti un backup dei settings tramite software manager, lo trovi nel tasto menu, poi dopo aver riflashato ripristini i settings precedenti e ti ritrovi anche le impostazioni del timer.
Poi personalizzando il backup puoi anche salvarti tutto quello che ti serve.
Naturalmente devi avere un supporto (Usb o HDD) oltre alla flash.

Non sono a casa, ma a memoria devi fare:
menu, software manager (oppure sistema, software manage), backup conf.sistema.
Dopo aver riflashto se hai un hdd ti chiede se vuoi ripristinare le config. Se dici di si ti ritrovi anche i timer.
