There is nothing of the sort. As I said many times, personal backup has never performed a complete restore. Even because you should select the files you want to restore and it's a very long and dispersive task.
You can try and use the personal backup, of course, but be prepared to integrate the lacking parts (plugins, and so on).
After all, if you get yourself well organized about settings (Dreambox or similar for Windows, iDreamX for OsX) and a well configured FTP client (I mean, with all the bookmarks needed to quickly manage your box), reflashing is not such a long work and it's far more effective.
