Best Black Hole image

Hi friends,
Could anyone suggest best image for Vu + Duo -original, to run IPTV alongside my satellite channels.
Actually I have Black Hole 2.1.4 not so fresh, but for satellite reception not bad.
Only for IPTV streaming noticed difficulties - some channels mute, some other not stable and so on.
Would like to to stay on Black Hole again but on one better than ver. 2.1.4 from year 2014.

Thaks for advice.
Because I didn't update my image for a long time, please help
me for this:
1/ What version you suggest is best for Vu Duo- Black Hole 3
-0-5-I or Open BH 4.1
2/ Can I update any of them by flashing with USB stick ?
3/ What I have to do to save all previous settings from BH
2.0.4

No, never. Save at least your settings and reflash from scratch. Then reinstall your favourite plugins.
