Is it safe to go back to the above version as I am having strange issues with my ultimo running on 1.7.8?
My ultimo freezes from time to time,when it does,picture would remain on the TV and the box won't repond to the remote control..in this case,I would switch it off and on from the back to get it working..as I am typing this,am having a frozen picture while the audio is playing on.
I never had this with previous releases...if you asked me,I would say it's better to have a crash (green screen) than what am having,atleast there is always a clue to every green screen crash.
I don't know if anyone is familiar with this prob,any advice is highly appreciated.

I do not think that your problem is related to the image.
I have the same ultimo and days I do not have any freezes
But you can try an older version.

Thanks for the urgent reply.
I did a reflash of the current image few days back,yet I still experience it..I've always been able to fix crashes but this is giving me no clues at all.
Am about to flash BH 1.7.7 Rev.B and will observe it closely and see what happens.

I think it will not change anything.
The cause of the problem should be searched outside the image .
Namely, if the problem really exists then we have it all if not all then most of users.

Yea,you have a point here.
I just don't know how to approach this problem.
But what do you suggest I do?

1.Install a clean image with minimal extras.
2.If you install extras Test one by one.
3.You must be sure that the antenna installation is 100% OK.
4.You must be sure that the network works 100% good.
