BH 2.1.6.1

Please can some one help me, as i have a big problem with my new BH 2.1.6.1 in my VU+DUO2, i can not access to my HDD which is in internal
I have message space dispo in HDD is 748 MO and no file whereas the real space is 890GO .The only way that i can show files by application SCAN MEDIA
Note that i have formated HDD twice but not result .
HDD well recognised by my VU+ and mounted HDD/MEDIA.
