BH 2.1.7 and Nova T Stick

Great image thank you.
I have a problem with Nova T Stick usb tuner not working, it is recognised but will not work, it will work with BH2.1.5.
Is this a Image bug or a Skin bug.
I am using Skin Default BH 2.1.7 (Bug Fix HDD)
