bh 2.13 problem instaaling addons

I have just installed bh 2.1.3 and i try and install catseye motor bouquets from the feed and it says successful but doesn't work and i cant install and addons even though it say successful can anyone help please

How much space do you have left in the flash ?
Have you enabled a large swap file ?

doesnt the flash memory go back to normal after a usb update havent enabled large swap file will do that now

Swap file cannot increase flash.
Swap file is for Ram.
