BH 3.0.3 H ¿Actualizar KODI a Krypton e instalar plugin?

Buenos dias, acabo de aterrizar con un VU+ Duo 2 y con esta imagen de BH 3.0.3 H con Kodi.
Me gustaria saber si se puede y como actualizar a la ultima versiion 17 Krypton. Ademas de como añadir plugin como pelis a la carta y como hacerlo.
No veo nada acerca del tema y mi ingles es nulo.
