BH 3.0.4_No audio on a channel

Hallo everyone,

I have BH 3.0.4 installed on the flash and OBH 4.1 on OpenMultiboot on my Solo2.

I have a problem with the audio of this channel: Animal Planet HD (ID 2606). Thor 0.8W 12303 V 27500 5/6.

On OBH, the channel has 2 audio channels

While on BH 3.0.4, the channel has no audio channel at all

Interestingly, when i check the serviceinfo, I can see the audio pid!!

Any idea how to fix that?

I can not make full test (I do not have this provider)
I did not test on BH 3.0.4
but with my Satlist and test image BH 3.0.5
i have
Dolby Digital audio in audio menu.

Thanks Matrix for finding the time to do the test.
However, the channel you tested (Animal Planet Russia HD, SID 2602) is normal here on BH 3.0.4. I can see the audio channels (typical as your screenshots).

The problem exists on another Animal Planet channel on the same TP on Thor 0.8 W (12303 V 27500 5/6).
I mean Animal Planet HD (SID 2606).
It would be really nice if one of the team can test audio on this specific channel.
 
Hi Guys... I'm from Brazil and I face same issue (no audio in some HD Channels) on any Black Hole firmware... I love this firmware but it's impossible with the audio issue.
PS: on open ATV any version, I do not have the problem.

Have you tried to manually scan those channels or satellites ?

If it does not work
try Open Black Hole image
 
I did manual scan... About the PIDs on every frequency (and channel)... are the PIDs "discovered" online or is this part of the manual scan ?

If this is part of the manual scan - where is it stored ? Is there any log I can check ?

I will install Open Black Hole and see if I get same issue on audio... the key about using Black Hole for me is the FCC ... I will keep trying :)
 
hi... no success on Black Hole firmware.. bu it works perfect on open black hole!!!

I did some test that I'd like to share:
- manually input the audio PID (no success)
- vu+ original fw has same issue
- works perfect on ATv 6.1 and 6.2

there are several reports on internet related to audio issues on HD channels on vu+... I havent found any solution... just google no audio HD channels vu+.

I have same problem on VU+ Uno 4K BH 3.0.7 , but with 4K chanels.
Such as:
19.2E 11023H 23500 Test 1 (UHD) Test 2 (UHD)
36.0E 11862R 27500 Festival 4K

Im not sure but this channel "19.2E 11023H 23500 Test 1 (UHD) Test 2 (UHD) " is testing without sound.
Provider testing picture who is great special on test2

It may well be. I can not argue.
It is a pity that no one has the opportunity to check the Festival 4K.

Im no have this satelitę to look.
But on chanells from Astra is no audio on other boxes too [ zero4k/ultimo4k ] .
I think this is provider problem
