BH 3.1.0 wrong timezone

Found a small bug. Timezone settings -

Looks like this timezone used summer/winter time. Coz at this moment this zone working like GMT+4. Moskow time zone not used summer time switch anymore also as all time zones throughout in Russia . And fixed on +3GMT for all year. Fix this please in next firmware release.
