BH crashes when works with CI modules

Hello.
I have Vu+ Ultimo with 3 tuners (two of them are DVB-S and one is DVB-C). So from cable provider I have CI module which works good enough, but with one unpleasant problem: sometime ago I have found that after the Ultimo tried to open channel which is not of cable provider with the CI module (by default it does this everytime on any unkown channel) it crashes on subsequent shutdown or reload. Now I have a lot of crash logs - don't know what to do with them.
