BH in USB on OMB

I have Solo2, having OBH in flash, few Images working USB perfectly, Now Install latest BH in USB, but it is unable to install plugin from HDD manually nor from Internal temp, any suggestion ?

It says on the download thread it can only be installed in flash memory.
