Finished Black Hole v.3.0.2x translation. Added many strings not included in plugins. There were absent Lithuanian translations of many plugins, e.g. OpenWebif, CrossEPG, HbbTV, Autoshutdown, SobsSupport, TransCodingSetup, RemoteChannelStreamConverter BlackHole 3.0.2x. Added all of them translations here Lithuanian.
