BH or OBH for Multistream tuners

Hello, I have a little research, but get lost in the forum. I'm thinking of installing BH or OBH on an ULTIMO 4K for Multistream tuner functions, but I don't know what the differences are between BH or OBH and if the two versions support Multistream tuners

Both support Multistream.

Make sure you have a Multistream Tuner installed into your box.
