BhFullBackup restores flash at 1/2 size on BH 2.1.1

I remember there was a change in BH 2.1.1 to increase the flash size on Vu+ Duo2.
I did a full backup with the BhFullBackup plugin and restored back (flashed as any normal image) and noticed the flash size reverted back to half of its original size:
