BIG problem on ultimo usb disabled

I have a vu Ultimo blackhole 1.7.2
tring to uninstall the plugin meoboot, I erased by mistake some folders.
Now I only have the logo blackhole and the demo doesn't boot anymore
So I tried to flash it but it seems that usb and ethernet ports are off,
I also tried to flash it with the "vu util" but as the ethernet port is required it was not possible.
I would like to access the bios by the port rs232 to switch on the usb port but I don't know how
Could anyone help me please?

Did you try to use another usb stick to flash your Ultimo?

Meoboot has nothing to do with the USB ports.
Repeat the standard procedure for the flash image from formatted USB stick .
Do not forget to press the minus sign for starts of USB flash procedures.

Yes I did and you are right to tell me about it because I remember that I had many problems with my usb keys.
Tomorow I will buy another one and I 'll try again
Could you suggest me a good one (usb key)?

The problem was the usb K e Y.
Now everything it' s ok except the fact that I don't find the cable chanels.
I have 2 sat tuners and one cable tuner on ultimo, during the scan process I see the cable chanels but I don't find them after that

Do separate scans for SAT and CABLE frontends.
