Solo Black and dead

Hi all
My vu plus solo was working fine last time I watched it. However went to it today and there is nothing . No red light , just black front /internals and unresponsive . I tried turning off for an hour and still no good. Power adapter has a green light on it so seems fine .
Any ideas please !!!
