Can you FTP to your STB?

If so, itake a look onto your /home/root or /media/hdd folder and check if there are any enigma2.crashlog files.
Download it, and upload it here.

Hello! I'm sorry for the delay! The problem concerned the remote control is not the VU +. I PRESS Much the remote control buttons. then I tried to reset it with 2:07 button. now improved, can you tell me the right procedure to reset the remote control and make it work? thank you!!!
