Maybe problem is in speed send film from hdd to box

I had the same problem with a internal hdd 1TB never can"t solved the problem with different's images.
Now with my Ultimo 4K with same hdd, never seen this problem.

External HDD Western Digital (WD) My Passport Ultra (1TB/2TB)
ext3/ext4 Formatted
HD video recorded
4X, 8X...128X Speed/Forward/Backward
