Black Hole Skins - Newbie Question

Just received my Solo2 which is flashed with Black Hole.
I now want to install a skin which looks like Sky, but afetr looking everywhere on the forum I cannot find instructions on how to do this, can anyone suggest a guide that I could read to show me how to install a new skin.
I've been reading some of the posts but it's just gobble di gook to me.

I also need to install something else ***** but cannot ask the question here, can someone suggest a link or site where I can get help with the solo2 in general and with it's setup.
