Black Screen But Sound

I'm currently using 2.14 but on some avi and mp4 video files will not play. All I get is the audio. As I understand it the Ultimo has no codec packs so there's no option of remedying the problem that way. My questions are is this a known issue with some video files and how can I get this video files to playback correctly?

Hi Ian

If you use MediaPlayer, try installing enhancedmoviecenter from Blackhole addons plugins.

First enhancedmoviecenter 3.6 and then enhancedmoviecenter 3.7.4 beta, i think it will work.
