Can you help me configure the tuners to take full advantage of the SCR?
I was able to configure a single tuner but do not know how to configure the second...
The cable is attached to Tuner 1...
It should be possible to configure both of them so that I can watch while recording.

You can with only one and the same antenna/LNB record and watch from the same transponder but not at different transponders/at different frequency or different satellites.
For this you need a separate antenna / LNB for the second tuner.
So the configuration for your situation with one cable/LNB/Antenna is pass-true

Yes, this ist correct for HotBird 13East.
Attention: unicable have Limited user channels. One Tuner Need = One Channel, two Tuner Need two different Channel !
