Blackhole 3.1.0 blind scan issue

i installed blackhole 3.0.1 on my vu+ zero 4k but i got weird issue with blind scan plugin.
when i try to scan any satellite (ku-band) all transponders above 11700 MHZ are not scanned properly ( i compared them with those on flysat and all scanned transponders are wrong!!!)
