Blackhole has lost all my channel info, can anyone help?

Hi, i havent had my vu+duo long but ive hit a problem that i cant sort out. Im on blackhole 212 using a single lnb currently and have it set to advanced disceq 1.2. This has always worked but today i woke up and all the channels have gone weird. Everything but 12 degrees is showing as blacked out and i cant get any of them. Also i had set up my channel lists so they were all on my favourites, eg i made one called sport and had all the sports channels i watched on there. All of these have gone. Can anyone please help?

The best way for Reception Settings is >> ConfigrationMode>Simple.

Thanks BHL but i tend to watch more than 4 satellites. It's weird because i found that restring settings from a backup has found all my favourites etc again but the problem with finding the other satellites is something to do with the tuner which i havent changed at all. I was hoping to find my full backup but i have no idea where it is, all i can find is my settings backup. Even trying it your way though when i have poat abcd up and try to change one of them i can either go with nothing connected or hotbird, it wont even let me search for other satellites
