Blackhole is missing iptables...

Blackhole is one of my favorites, so I use this on my boxes.
Have tried to install iptables without luck, here in this post #46.
Also read in this post that iptabels are not possible.
Can @angelofsky1980 answer if this is possible now.
Is there an option to install kernel modules with ipk.files?
And where to find them?
Need files for vusolo2 and vuzero4K.
There is a lot of stealing of ecm from people who have more than one tuner in the box.
Single tuner, too, has seen this myself.
Is it possible to log the box in telnet to check ip addresses that manage to enter port example 8001.
The problem is to stop them as long as it is not possible to use iptables.
Being aware of the problem is solved by closing the port.
But when you're gone 14 days at work, it's nice to get streamtv from my own network, also set up timer recording, etc.

I've the same problem when I've opened directly with port forward the 8001/8002 TCP port from my broadband router and I've definitely closed it forever.

I'll check if iptables modules can be compiled and, as workaround, you can use OpenVPN to access your streams and be sure nobody else watch TV with your box.

Very good you will make a try.


My current solution is to enable authentication for streaming to yes in webif.
And create a strong password, you can stream with user and password from port 8001.
