I think they do not mind this improvement: (
one could look at pictures of e2 azbox and try to add the codec dd + of your images for our vu +, since in azbox with e2 does this audio.

The DD+ implementation should be done by VuPlus because it's a CPU feature and needs a license from Dolby Lab.

Azbox producer, I think, has bought the license and enabled the feature in his sigma CPU.

VuPlus has already been advised by this kind of requests and we wait for a response :)
